Pan Fried Salmon With Multi Grain Garlic Rice, Avocado Salsa and Soft Boiled Egg

This dish is easy to make and delicious. Just a couple of ingredients, you could make yourself a protein rich meal with loads of nutrient in it.
Salmon is rich with Omega 3 and high in protein, which omega 3 helps to reduce inflammations in our body.
Recipe on creating this dish are as below:
Ingredients :
Salmon
Multi grain rice (I use the Japanese multi grain rice. However, any multi grain rice will work as well)
Garlic
Italian mixed herbs
Egg
Avocado
Cilantro
Tomato
Lime
Red onion
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Instruction :
Multi grain Garlic Rice
1) Finely chopped the garlic.
2) Heat up pan, pour some olive oil to it.
3) Put in the finely chopped garlic, and saute till fragrant.
4) Wash the multi grain rice.
5) Pour in fried garlic with oil.
6) Season with salt pepper and a dash of Italian mixed herbs.
7) Put suitable amount of water.
8) Cook the rice in rice cooker/steamer/pressure cooker.
Pan Fried Salmon
1) Season the salmon with pepper and salt.
2) Heat up non stick pan. No oil is needed, as salmon will produce oil by itself.
3) Place the salmon with the skin facing down.
4) Adjust to small-medium fire on the stove.
5) Allow the salmon to fry till 1/3 of the salmon turned from pink to opaque.
6) Flip the salmon to the other side, and continue to fry till fully cooked.
Avocado Salsa
1) Cut avocado to half, and by using a spoon, scoop the flesh.
2) Roughly dice the avocado, and place to a bowl.
3) Peel red onion and roughly dice it.
4) Cut tomato and dice it.
5) Roughly chop the cilantro.
5) Mix diced avocado,red onion, tomato, and cilantro in a bowl.
6) Season with dash of salt, and squeeze some lime juice and mix well.
Soft Boil Egg (Runny egg yolk)
1) Bring a pot of water to boil.
2) Place egg in to it and time 6 minutes.
3) Bring the egg and immediately submerged the egg to ice water to cool.
4) Carefully peel the egg and slice to half.
