Bibimbap

Korean Bibimbap is so delicious a that you wished you have more rice! Remembering while I was watching Korean drama, seeing the Koreans eating bibimbap, makes my salivating. It looks so simple, healthy and yummy. Once you try it, you will definitely miss it. This recipe is easy, and you just need some key ingredients to make the bibimbap works! This version is a non meat one, you can surely add beef, pork or chicken too~.

Ingredients:
1) Rice-1 cup (Portion of 2)
2) Spinach
3) Soy Bean Sprouts
4) Drumstick Mushroom (Can use other kinds too)
5) Cucumber
6) Carrot (Optional)
7) Egg
8) Seaweed
9) Kimchi
10) Sesame seeds
11) Sesame Oil
12) Garlic-Minced
13) Salt
14) Gochujang Sauce
Instructions:
1) Cucumber slice to half and remove the seeds. Cut it to slices and marinate with some salt to sweat out excess water. Leave it a side while you prepare other ingredients. Squeeze out excess water after 15 mins of marinating.
2) Wash spinach, soy bean sprout and leave it a side.
3) Julienne the drumstick mushroom to match stick size.
4) Cook rice and leave it a side. Cook a sunny side up egg.
5) In a pan, stir fry some garlic and cucumber. Pour some sesame oil and put some sesame seeds to it.
6) Do the same to all the rest of the vegetables (Spinach, soy bean sprout, mushroom). Add some salt to stir fry.
7) Use a bigger bowl to assemble as you will need to mix it all together later on.
8) Put rice, and all vegetables, egg, kimchi, seaweed in a bowl. Drizzle some sesame oil, sesame seeds and gochujang. Start mixing!!
